1. Start with a strong introduction that captures the reader’s attention.
Proposals are often long and complex, so it’s important to keep your reader engaged from the first paragraph. A good way of doing this is by giving them an idea of what they will be getting with each section or chapter in order for their motivation level stays high as you continue writing about technical details that may not seem relevant at times
The introduction can have one single goal: reel-in! Make sure there’s enough promise around every sentence – offer some intrigue upfront before diving into the reasoning why these solutions would work better than others.
One way to do this is to start with a story or an anecdote that illustrates the problem you’re solving.
2. List your qualifications and experience that make you the perfect candidate for the job.
By now, you’ve hopefully captured the reader’s attention. It is time to start building your case for why they should hire YOU! This section will contain all of my qualifications and experience that make me an excellent candidate; be sure there are relevant data or statistics supporting any claims made in this part (and don’t forget about humility!)

What makes you the perfect candidate for this project? You’ll want to summarize all of your skills, experiences and qualifications in a one-two punch that will seal any deal. Finally, remind readers why they should choose YOU over everyone else out there!
