Here are the steps you need to take in order to email a Powerpoint presentation that is too large:

Step One: Save your Powerpoint presentation as a PDF.

Step Two: Use a file compression tool to compress the PDF file.

 

Best tools to compress the size of PDF files:

– Smallpdf (online tool)

– Adobe Acrobat (paid software)

– WinZip (paid software)

 

Step Three: Upload the compressed PDF file to a cloud storage service such as Dropbox or Google Drive.

Step Four: Send an email to the recipient with a link to the PDF file.
